He was named to the All-Big Ten Tournament team in 2010, starting all 57 games in the middle infield that season. He had 10 multi-hit games this season, driving in three runs in a win over Iowa on April 24 and had the game-winning double in the Winthorp win on March 12.

Toth graduated in August of 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sport management from the School of Kinesiology.

The student-athletes chosen for the Sportsmanship Award are individuals who have distinguished themselves through sportsmanship and ethical behavior. These student-athletes must also be in good academic standing and have demonstrated good citizenship outside of the sports-competition setting.
