Edwards and Miller geared up for football at Youngstown State
Sandusky’s Jordan Edwards (left) and Elyria's Brad Miller (right) are gearing up for a big football season at Youngstown State University.
Last season, Edwards played in all 12 games, including six starts. He recorded 43 total tackles, including 13 solo tackles. He made his first career start at Ohio State where he recorded eight tackles, including four solos.
As a sophomore, he played in 10 games as a reserve tailback and member of special teams units after being red-shirted his freshman year.
At Sandusky High School, Edwards was a first-team Division II All-Ohio running back his senior year. He was also named All-Greater Buckeye Conference First Team along with All-District First Team.
Miller played in eight games last season as a defensive line reserve. He was credited with two tackles in 45 snaps played, earning his first letter. In 2007, he was a red-shirt freshman.
At Elyria High School, Miller was a Division I All-Ohio Honorable Mention in 2004 and 2005.
