Schlessman qualifies for NCAA tourney as a freshman
Perkins’ freshman sensation Amy Schlessman has added to her outstanding first-year season at Kenyon College. Schlessman, along with doubles teammate Prita Kidder, are on of just 16 doubles teams to participate in the NCAA Division III Championship tournament.
Kidder, a junior, and Schlessman have a 15-3 record together and are currently ranked as the No. 4 doubles team in the Central Region.
The national doubles tournament will be held at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and will commence this Friday (May 28).
