Nixon closes out his college basketball career at California, PA
In his final college game, Admiral King’s Jerial Nixon scored a team-high 19 points for the California University of Pennsylvania basketball team in a 88-74 loss to Mercyhurst in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference last Saturday.
Nixon went 9 of 12 from the floor and also snagged six rebounds and dished five assists. Nixon finished the year ranked third on the team in scoring at 11.9 points per game, while also leading the team in assists (3.0 per game).
Sandusky’s Kelsey Williams, a sophomore added 15 points and a team-high seven rebounds.
